How to use Bloomer Base?

Apply Bloomer base coat to previously cured hybrid polish or gel. Create designs on the wet layer, allow them to flow naturally, and then use a brush to shape the desired pattern. Cure in a UV LED lamp (405nm) for 60 seconds or in a 36W UV lamp for 120 seconds. Finally, seal your design with a top coat, such as Elastic Dry Top No. 1 , for a long-lasting effect.
