FROSTY EFFECT - Frost effect - fine texture with shimmering particles in shades of delicate turquoise and gold
How to use:
Create any hybrid, gel, or acrylic style. Then apply a hybrid polish in your chosen color. Sprinkle Frosty Effect dust over the uncured hybrid polish and cure in a 48/60W lamp for 60 seconds. Once cured, remove excess dust with a soft brush. Done!
