Fiber Base Milky HESSI

A 70% opaque 3-in-1 base in a milky shade
. This base doesn't require a shine boost.
Perfect for enhancing pastel colors.
The base contains fibers that help the base level perfectly.

Instructions: Spread one thin layer of the base on the nail plate, cure in a lamp 48/60W for 60 seconds, then apply another thicker layer of the base and cure in a lamp 48/60W for 60 seconds.

Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Isobornyl Methacrylate, TPO-L, Ethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Titanium Dioxide.
