Sterilization bags are special bags or packaging used to sterilize medical items or other products that require disinfection. These bags are made of materials that are resistant to high temperatures, steam, and chemicals used in the sterilization process.
They are made of the highest quality European components and are intended for the sterilization of medical instruments with steam.
During the sterilization process, medical items or other products are placed in sterilization bags and then subjected to appropriate sterilization methods, such as steam, dry heat, or chemical sterilization. Once the sterilization process is complete, the bags can be safely opened, and the sterilized items can be removed and used.
The self-adhesive seal guarantees comfortable work and does not require the use of additional equipment, such as a welding machine.

Hermetic closure, easy to use
The bags are equipped with an adhesive strip at the top of the bag. Once items are placed in the bag, they can be easily closed by pressing the adhesive strip against the bag's surface. This facilitates the identification of sterilized items and allows for the reading of labels or other information.

How to use:
- Ensure instruments are clean and decontaminated before packaging. Remove any residual substances or fluids, then thoroughly clean instruments according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Carefully place the instruments in the sterilization bag, taking care to remove any excess air. Excess air in the bag can hinder effective sterilization. Special tools, such as an air roller, can be used to expand the bag and eliminate any air before sealing.
- After placing the tools in the bags, close them by pressing the adhesive strip onto the bag's surface. Make sure the strip is properly adhered to ensure an airtight seal. Check for any loose parts or leaks.
- Once the bags are sealed, arrange them in the autoclave according to the manufacturer's recommendations. It's generally recommended to arrange the bags vertically to allow steam to circulate freely and ensure effective sterilization. Place two bags with the foil side of one facing the foil side of the other, and the paper side of one facing the paper side of the other. This helps maintain proper steam circulation in the autoclave.
